Our service includes the immediate provision of a digital-access license (QR code and Live Gallery hosting). Because this digital service is activated and accessible instantaneously upon payment, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or event cancellations once the purchase is complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), all purchases are final. However, nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes, or modifies any binding consumer guarantees under the ACL. If our digital service experiences a major technical failure on our end that prevents access, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian law.
The successful operation of the Live Wall requires specific hardware (e.g., laptop, projector/TV, HDMI cables) and a stable, high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi or Cellular) at the event location.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any failure, interruption, or degradation of the service caused by venue-side issues. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware malfunctions, internet "dead zones," or third-party network dropouts. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the venue meets all technical requirements prior to the event.
We operate strictly as an automated software and manufacturing provider. We do not provide on-site personnel, photographers, attendants, or live technical support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability related to the on-site execution or management of the service. The deployment of the QR codes and the collection of images is a self-service process managed entirely by the Customer and their guests.
The physical printed guestbook is an automated, direct reproduction of the "raw" digital data captured and uploaded to the Live Gallery by the Customer's guests. There is no manual proofing, editing, or layout adjustment phase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for the final print quality where defects, blurriness, poor lighting, or low resolution are the direct result of the source material uploaded by users. Our liability under the ACL’s guarantee of "acceptable quality" is strictly limited to physical manufacturing defects (e.g., binding faults or printer hardware errors) and does not cover poor-quality user inputs.
We are committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Personal information (including images of faces) is collected directly from the Customer’s guests when they scan the QR code and voluntarily upload media to the platform.
By using this service, the Customer warrants that they have the consent of their guests to use this platform. The Customer is responsible for ensuring their guests are aware that uploading photos to the gallery will result in those images being stored digitally and printed in the physical guestbook.
The primary purpose of collecting these images is to fulfill our service: hosting the Live Gallery and manufacturing the physical guestbook.
We retain the right to photograph the physical finished product for our own promotional and marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website portfolios). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will do so without further compensation to the Customer or guests.
If the Customer wishes to opt out of having their final physical product used for marketing, they must notify us in writing prior to the event.
